What sizes do you offer?
Our pet portraits come in 3 sizes, 8x10", 12x16" & 18x24". If you are looking for something outside these sizes let us know and we'll see what we can do.

What paper do you use for pet portrait commissions?
We use museum grade fine art for all our custom pet portraits. Our paper and print capabilities enable us to use a full colour gamut, meaning high dynamic range and a vibrant end product. We pride ourselves on our industry leading design, print and paper quality.

Which pets can be featured in pet paintings?
We don’t just do custom dog portraits; we can create artworks for all types of pets, including cat portraits, horses, rabbits, chickens. The possibilities are endless!

How long will it take to receive my portrait?
All portraits are printed in the USA meaning you won’t need to wait 2 months to get your portrait. Our typical dispatch time is 7 business days after creating an order. If you want it sooner we can also help out with digital prints, just get in touch.

Am I able to download the pet portrait design? 
We offer digital download option for all our pet portraits, see here for more details. 

Can I have multiple pets in one artwork?
Yes! We can include up to three pets per portrait, just select our three-pet portrait option.

Can I personalize my pet's portrait appearance?

Absolutely! You can choose from various background colors, frame styles, and font types to create a unique portrait. If you have any special requests, feel free to contact our helpful team, and we'll assist you!

How are the pet portraits packaged for shipping?

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent any damage during transportation. However, if your order arrives damaged, rest assured we will replace it at no cost to you.

Do you ship pet portraits beyond USA?

Yes, we do! In addition to shipping within USA, we also deliver to Canada, Australia, and the UK.

Will the final portrait resemble my pet?

Absolutely! Our skilled designers use the provided source materials to accurately depict your pet. By combining freehand techniques and digital rendering, we ensure high-quality results every time.

Can I include multiple pets from separate photos in one portrait?

Certainly! We're happy to combine pets from different photos into a single portrait. No need to worry about removing the background from the images – we'll handle that for you!

Any advice on capturing the perfect photo of my pet?

1. Lighting: Good lighting is essential for a high-quality photo. Natural light is the best option, so try to take the picture outdoors or near a window in a well-lit room. Avoid using flash or harsh artificial lighting, as it can create shadows or alter your pet's true fur color.
2. Angle and perspective: Get down to your pet's eye level to create a more engaging and natural-looking portrait. This perspective allows you to capture their unique facial expressions and features more accurately.
3. Focus and clarity: Make sure your pet's face, particularly their eyes, are in sharp focus. A clear and detailed image will help our designers create a more accurate and lifelike portrait.
4. Background: Choose a contrasting background that doesn't blend with your pet's fur color. This contrast will help your pet's details stand out and make it easier for our designers to work with the image.
5. Pet's pose: Capture your pet's personality by photographing them in a comfortable, natural pose. Ensure the photo includes your pet's head and chest, as these areas will be the main focus of the portrait.
6. Patience and timing: Be patient and wait for the right moment to snap the picture. Your pet might need some time to relax and strike the perfect pose. Using treats or toys can help grab their attention and encourage them to look at the camera.
7. Image resolution: Use a high-resolution setting on your camera or smartphone to capture a detailed image. The higher the resolution, the better the final portrait will look.

Do I need to provide digital photos?

Digital photos yield the best results. However, if you only have printed photos, try taking high-quality pictures of them in natural light.
